The Strategic Journey

The following sets out the high-level journey for the next three years and the themes from the C space of our business planning that will be our primary focus. Each year we will review these to ensure we are still heading in the right direction and adjust course where necessary.

The final component of our strategy is the individual business plans for the activities identified in the D space. This is the area where we will need as many people to become involved as possible to help spread the workload. We have recognised that we need to breakdown activities into achievable and short-term projects that will allow people to volunteer for a specific purpose and timeframe that suits their ability to commit their time and energy to the success of the club.
