The Wood Fired Oven makes each pizza dough by hand and allows them to naturally rise and proof each day prior to making their pizzas, calzones, and strombolis.
Each meal is prepared and cooked by hand in their wood-fired oven.
Cooking with home-made dough makes their pizzas so much better than a processed base.
We'd love to see our members come down to the club, grab a bite, and come into the clubhouse for a drink and watch some football. The Brisbane Premier League reserves will be playing at 6:30 pm and the seniors at 8:30.
