Our Juniors Divisional Awards Day, for ages U12–16 will be on this Saturday 15 September at the clubhouse.
The day will start at 4pm with several small-sided games, rounding out with the Coach v Player annual rematch at 6pm. The coaches took it out last year, so kids, you need to set that right this year.
After the match, proceedings will move inside for the awards / social night.
The evening will be catered for kids (pizzas, junk food, etc); adults may wish to bring some share nibblies.
Teams will be responsible for cleaning up their own table/area at the end of the night.
Bring money for drinks, the bar will be open from 4pm unlike last year (we listened!).
Last year was a great night, the only downer being the constant chatter during the short awards ceremony. We implore all to be respectful during the speeches to allow each player the respect and acknowledgement they deserve.
We are looking for a function organiser (or two) to get the food / decorations side of things sorted, so please email gapjrsec@gmail.com if you can help out. It's a great way to get your volunteer levy refunded!
