An update on how our Junior and Senior Female teams performed in Round 14 of the Football Brisbane competitions.
- U12 Div 1 Girls – BYE
- U13 Div 1 Girls – Won 6-0 at home to North Lakes Mustangs
- U13 Div 2 Girls – BYE
- U14 Div 2 Girls – Won 3-0 at home to Springfield United
- U16 Div 1 Girls – Lost 1-2 at home to Mitchelton
- Women's City 3 Blue – Won 9-0 at home to Westside Grovely
- Women's City 4 Blue – Won 2-0 at home to Brighton Bulldogs
- Women's City 5 Blue – Won 10-0 at home to Caboolture SFC
With two teams having a bye this round, all other teams played at home on Sunday, 1 November and recorded 5 Wins and 1 Defeat. Once again our defences stayed strong resulting in another five clean sheets, whilst at the other end of the pitch, we proved to be deadly, scoring 31 goals in the 6 matches.
A special mention for two players this week:
- Well done to Nikola G of the Women's City 5 team in bagging a double hattrick (6 goals) in her team's comprehensive victory over Caboolture.
- Congratulations to Ellie B of the Women's City 3 team who finished as top goalscorer in the division with 18 goals thanks to her fourth hattrick of the season in the win against Westside Grovely.
