The Gap Football Club would like to introduce our latest coaching appointment Andrew (Andy) Baudille.
Andy will take on the Technical Director role responsible for our new junior development programs that were announced recently.
Andy has a wealth of playing and coaching experience and has recently moved to QLD from NSW where he has coached both senior and junior football teams. Andy has also been involved with skills based Academies.
The establishment of a comprehensive junior development program, that will complement our normal football operations, is a key 3 year strategic goal of our club and Andy, who will not be coaching any teams, will play a critical role in us achieving that goal.
Planning has begun for the launch of our program in 2019 and the Board and existing coaching staff will be supporting Andy to prepare for and execute the program.
