Urgent role that needs to be filled.
Coaches must possess a minimum Youth License qualification. Must be prepared to work as a team within The Gap’s framework and must be passionate about player development (promote progression for emerging talents to the level of competition in accordance with their skills and potential) and able to work within the FFA National Curriculum. These positions will report to the Technical Director and as appropriate, the junior subcommittee and/or club management committee.
Minimum expectation is attend 2 nights a week training as well as the match on the weekend.
All Expressions of Interest should include an outline of coaching experience, qualifications and any other relevant information. Successful applicants must either possess or obtain a Working with Children Blue Card. Applicants must have a passion for developing players and must embrace The Gaps Vision for Player Development.
