Throughout her 15-year playing career, Madison Lay has continuously developed her game and shown a keen interest in helping others develop theirs.
Undertaking the FQ Accredited Skills Training Certificate course at just 16 years of age, Madi has continued to support, mentor, and develop players through her club and school coaching experiences.
Five years later, and with 15 years of football behind her, Madi is ready to take on the next coaching challenge and The Gap FC is proud to announce her as the NPLW U16 Coach for season 2022.
Madi is keen to work with and mentor the next generation of NPLW players at the club, and with her extensive experience playing in these leagues, Madi is well equipped to guide our players.
Madi sets a great example of what her players can achieve and in the off-season, Madi will be looking for opportunities to strengthen her coaching credentials by pursuing her C License.
