End of season

Here are the details for next Saturday. Please make sure you read and respond to Steve below so we can make sure we are well organised.

Friendly games

The amazing Steve has been busy working out the match schedule for Saturday 15 September games. The list attached shows where and when each age group’s games are on.

The headline game Coaches v U16 Players will be on Field 1 at 5.20pm after the other two fields have finished.

All players, please email Steve at admin@gapfootball.org.au to confirm your name on the play list (RSVP by Tuesday 11/9).

All coaches, please email Steve confirming which position you can play in the headline event (RSVP by Tuesday 11/9).

Parents, if you wish to play in the coach v player game send an email to Steve, you may get called up (I believe they are looking for a decent goalie).

The clubhouse will be open from 3pm for set up, helpers, and drinks. Reminder, teams should bring some food for adults, club caters for children.

Awards

Player’s Player and Most Improved will be given out at the field after each age group’s friendly (Coach / Manager to hand out).

Best and Fairest will be given out in the clubhouse as a whole assembly event.

We hope team photos will also be available for collection on the evening.

Clean up

Each team will be responsible for clearing up their own areas and we need to make sure the clubhouse is left spotless at the end of the night, as another booking is on the next morning, so all hands on deck please.
