The clubs focus for 2010 is improving its operational model and development of its coaches and players to a higher level. The club actively supports the development of youth players. To do this the The Gap FC have installed a well respected director of coaching in Wayne Hammond, along with first team coach Pam Grant who is a former international footballer for the Matildas.
