Teams made up of junior players from The Gap FC have dominated the latest indoor soccer season held at Brisbane City Indoor Sports taking out the U7, U8, U9 and U13 girls titles.

Another three also made the semi-finals and went on to take out 3rd place.

U7s – the Gap Ghostriders rounded out a very successful year during which they didn't lose a match across all competitions (outdoor, indoor and carnivals) by winning their final 5-3 against Wilston Ninjas.

U8s – Super Athletic went back-to-back after winning the U7 title last year with a 5-1 win over Hurricanes which also featured a Gap player. In the semi-final they narrowly edged out Waterworks Wanderers from The Gap who went on to a 4-4 draw in their 3rd-4th play-off.

U9s – The Gap Celtic won their final 4-1 over Futsal Superstars.

U13 girls – The Gap Gators won their final 3-0 in a tight contest over Black Jaguars.

U10s – Galaxy VII took 3rd place with a win over the Vipers.

U12s – White Walkers Strike Back, who won U11s last year, came 3rd with a 4-3 win over the Lads, who were the other half of their Gap U12 outdoor side.

Apart from the Gap sides who featured in the finals, there were also many more Gap teams who played in a very busy competition which featured 167 junior teams.
