The Gap Football Club has over the past few years developed its infrastructure to a very high level. Because of this, the club has been able to attract 2010 A league Champions Sydney FC to come and train at the grounds whenever they play the Roar. The Club has also had European heavy weights Celtic from Scotland train at the Facility. The Gap FC has a close partnership with the Brisbane Celtic Supporters Club, who has now been integrated into the club as our metro 5’s team for season 2010. The Gap FC also boasts a highly rated and highly qualified director of coaching and men’s first team coach in Gerry McAvoy, who currently holds a UEFA B licence.
The clubs focus for 2010 is improving its operational model and development of its coaches and players to a higher level. The club actively supports the development of youth players. If you are after information or ways to get in touch with the coaching staff please see the links below.
