The Muster nights for Under 9 & Under 10 teams: All teams come down and recieve a training kit and Jerseys and will be play 4 x 15minute matches against other teams in their age group.

The Football Night for Under 6 to Under 8 Teams:

This is to get everyone down and meet the players in your team.  We will run 4 x 15 minute matches against a random selection of teams in your age group and get everyone ready to go for the new season ahead.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your registration with the Gap Football Club, you will need to follow these procedures:

• Login to your myfootballclub account and cancel your registration with the club.
• Send an email to the Club Treasurer requesting a refund of your fees, include your bank account details (note fees are refunded in accordance with the club policy). gjwilko@optusnet.com.au

In 2012 The Gap will field a SEQ Diamond League team (previously Open Women’s Premier League) and a FB Sapphire League team (previously Open Women’s Reserves).

Selection for these teams will be to a ‘prems’ squad.

In 2012 The Gap will also field an Under 17 Div 1 team and an open women’s social team.

The Gap welcomes newcomers to the Club. If you would like to be considered for a place in the ‘prems’ squad please forward your name and details of previous playing experience to Diamonds Coach Rob Askew at randraskew@bigpond.com.

Training for the ‘prems’ squad teams will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 7.00 and 9.00pm at the Club and in the pre-season on Sunday afternoons between 4.00 and 6.00pm.

Training begins on Tuesday January 17^th.  Sunday training sessions are planned for 22^nd and 29^th January.  This year Australia Day falls on a Thursday; due to this training will be on Friday 27^th for this week only.

Each year the ‘prems’ squad travels away together for a camp. This year the camp will take place on the 25-26^th February. Please keep this week-end free.

All players must register on-line before training on January 17. Players are not insured until they have registered. Myfootballclub is now open for player and volunteer registrations.

Registration and registration fee payment processes are separate. Payment of registration fees is due by 28^th January (Rego weekend) preferably by direct deposit. Details on how to pay fees will be included on the mfc invoice issued at the time of registration.

In 2012 Registration fees for Diamonds and Sapphire players is $450 ($400 for Diamond and Sapphire players Under 18).

There are currently up to three positions available for the under 16 JPL team.

There is also a position for an Under 12′s JPL goalkeeper. Contactr Malcom on 0401 772 896 for more information on this particular role.
