A number of under 11, 12 and 13 players from the club have been selected in Football Brisbane development squads.
John Bevis, from the club’s under 13 Brisbane Junior League side, has made the under 13 cup north development squad. He’ll play in the Peter Cox Cup in Bundaberg in the June-July holidays.
Matt Downing and Tim Good, who also play in our under 13 Brisbane Junior League side, have been selected in the under 12 Brisbane west development squad.
They will take part in the Harry Linning carnival.
In the under 11s, the club has seven representatives in the Brisbane west development squad. They are: Nicholas Johnstone, Conor O’Neill, Stephen O’Neill, Ryan Roderick, Taran Saunders, Jake Vicenzino and Sam Watt.
They will play in a regional carnival in Beenleigh.
In addition, a number of boys have also been picked in schoolboys representative teams – Cedric Dubois, Tim Good, Conor O’Neill, Stephen O’Neill and Chris Wilson (north-west district) and Matt Downing (north district).
The club would like to congratulate these boys and all others who tried out for these sides.
