The Albany Creek Excelsior club is calling for nominations for their carnival, to be held on May 20.
Our club has enjoyed some success at the carnival in recent years and it would be great for that to continue.
Teams from under 7 and under 9 are invited to take part. This document contains more details.

The Queensland Roar are offering a coaching clinic during the Easter holidays.
The cost is $99 and the clinic will be held at the Lions’ excellent facility at Richlands. For more details, see this flyer.

Football Brisbane Incorporated has begun to release the fixtures for the first few weeks of the season. They are currently available from this page.
There’s no indication when the next draws will be released, but it’s probably best to keep checking the FBI website.

Team managers, or your representatives, can collect jerseys from Stuart at the canteen this Saturday afternoon between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
If your team manager cannot make it, please arrange for someone else to collect the strips.
Each set must be signed out. Uniform sales will be available at the same time.

Please note, the club will be holding a coaches’ and managers’ meeting this Thursday from 7:00pm.
This is an opportunity for us to run through match day procedures with you, in particular with regard to match cards.
It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Referee training has been scheduled for Sunday 11/3/2007 from 2:00pm. It is expected to run until about 3:30pm.
It is expected that those interested in being rooball referees make themselves aware of the rooball rules, which you can read here.
